ClearPDFs began in Cambodia, founded by Heang Kimhak, with a simple idea — to build tools that actually help people, without asking for anything in return.
It started as a small project focused on PDF tools like merge, split, and rotate. But soon, the vision grew bigger:
to expand ClearPDFs into a complete digital toolkit, offering text, image, SEO, and creative utilities — all in one free, easy-to-access platform.
We’re still early in our journey, but the goal is clear:

Our Founder
Heang Kimhak is a self-taught creator and web developer from Cambodia.
Driven by curiosity and a desire to make technology accessible, he built ClearPDFs from the ground up — starting with small, practical tools and expanding toward a global vision.
He believes that great technology doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs to work well and help people.
